this is probably old hat but is there a chance that this could be stuck on a cd with a selfinstaller and made available ,it took me six and half hours !!! to download it and i got the blank black screen treatment if some fellow blagger would help an old lag before he croaks it i would be ever so humbly grateful <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/keith.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="keith.gif" />

There have been a lot of issues about the B12 installer, and Euro or `non-Euro` versions of PotC. Did you try installing on a clean install, or were there other mods in your game already?

Did the game work before you installed B12?
