Question & Error on reinstall

The question I get is; Warning the extension, Pirates_savegame is already registerd, Overwrite? I click yes then I get an error message; Error 1334 the file binkw32dll cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file 'Langunge cab' this could indicate a network error, an error reading from CD-Rom, or a problem with package. I have already cleaned the CD, Can someone please help me, as I want to play the game, Thanks Donald
