Quick Question Regarding at Sea

Hello all! Thanks so much for this great mod. I noticed that one of the features mentioned is the ability to walk around your ship while you are at sea. (Visiting crew cabins etc) I'm not able to figure out how to do this as I simply am walking around the deck in the generic battle type mode with the mouse as crosshairs for cannons. Any advice would be great thanks!

There are two approaches to walking around at sea.
The first is by pressing Tab while in 3D Sailing Mode, which is what you found already.
That will remain in the same mode and you'll be able to fire your cannons manually from the deck.

The alternative is by pressing Enter, then selecting your ship deck to visit.
This will reload to something similar to boarding mode.
There you can visit various (relatively generic) ship locations, interact with some officers/crew and find your ship's ammunition locker as well as the chest and weapons locker in your cabin.
