Screen resolution won't save.

I have a 21" flatscreen and run in 1600 X 1200. When I select 1600 X 1200 in the video settings it will work for that session but when I reload the game it goes back to 800 X 600. It's very annoying to have to redo this everytime. Anyone have a fix?

OK. Now I have figured out that my config.ini file is blank. When I try to manually enter some settings it gets wiped out again when I load the game. My game is installed on a different drive the one that config.ini is saved on because they add config.ini to My Documents(why do so many games do this nowadays??)

Can anyone help me get my graphics settings locked in so that I don't have to reset them every time I load the game up?
