his house is locked
anyone here know how to find him?

Go behind Morgan's residence in St. Johns , There's a small well there , leads to a dungeon , go inside until you see a room with broken walls and barrels , go around the barrels you'll see stairs, go up the stairs and voila you're in his residence ..
