Need Help Secret Organization requirements are higher than expected

I´m trying to work for the Secret Organization in Bridgetown at Barbados but the bartender is telling me this:

"Captain, i need a warrior a little more vicious than you, come back when you learn how to handle that iron dangling on your belt, and a little adroitness wouldn´t hurt either."

My rang / level is 7

All my weapon skills are higher than 25

My reputation is "Unknown Pirate"

What else do i have to do to satisfy this evil monster?

EDIT: Problem solved. I had to increase luck also to 23 skills minimum.

As far as I know, your reputation must be lower than "Unknown Pirate". Required reputation "Unknown Rascal" or even "Bloody Killer". Are you sure about luck ?

After i presented the above mentioned reputation and skills to the bartender, he offered me the first job to kill someone for him and bring his finger as a proof for it. So yes, i´m absolutely shure.
