A thought occured to me.
The old Pirates! had identical backgrounds for all of the `on-ship` duels. It was a single backdrop that never changed regardless of whether you fought on a tiny sloop or a massive galleon.
POTC did the same thing with their duels.
So far, in the few Pirates! movies we've seen, the background seems to be the same. Not enough info to go on, of course, but wouldn't it be grand if duels on large ships contained gigantic sprawling backgrounds while duels on medium and smaller ships had relatively more moderate scenery? Not necessarily a realism issue (we are afterall talking about cartoons here) but background decour relative to actual ship size would do a lot in terms of promoting the illusion. Just my ideas.
Any thoughts? Anyone know for sure how this will be handled?
