Hi, I'm in Port Royale, the Governor told me to fight smugglers....in the tavern I found one of them, I told him I got merchandise to sell and he told me to go to coast of Portland, I went there but no one is there....what should I do to meet them? By the way, I got 50 slaves to whom I can sell them? Is it possible and how to add them to the crew? Thanks

Try doing it again. I have found on a couple of occassions, the smugglers just dont show at all. If you saved earlier, try re-loading that save, and do the quest again.
