Sony Online Entertaiment problem

Greetings!​

I have a small problem that leads to the big one.​

The small problem is after the Sony Online Entertaiment pop up window starts to load graphics it just closes itself and here is the big problem. The game just won't run. I did a little spying and found this in the .Download Info file. ​

I lost the previous game because Windows 7 needed to be reinstalled and thus I've lost every single file on my computer. Before that the game worked like a Swiss watch.​

Any suggestions what should I do?​
