Stuck in Jack Sparrow Quest

I seem to be having the issue that i get stuck whichever route I take. First I went to Barbados and teamed up with that Brin woman and Brock, but when the agent asked me for help and I did so. We picked up Bill Turner and went to Nevis, where i never heard from them again and could not progress. I was told to go to the tavern and meet them, and they never showed. SO, I started over and just stuck with the Brin quest, and tried to find the kidnapped girl only to be attacked by the agent on Nevis, and then got stuck again when it told me to go to the tavern. I went there, and once again nothing ever happened.

I guess what i really want to know is where am i supposed to go to actually make progress? I can't seem to follow the quest no matter what i do and i have been trying for several hours.

Well i just kept retrying and finally got bootstrap to meet me again. I don't know what happened all those other times but i think it had something to do with Fast Travel. Anyway. I got it working again i think...

I was going to say I have played that way a fair few times and Bootstrap and Susan Shaypan always went to the tavern for me so it is good we dont have to go and look at it <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/readon.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":mm" border="0" alt="readon.gif" />
