I know this forum is primary for modding a game with ships, adventures, waves, lots of new adventures and seagulls.
Well, I feel fortunate to have a hobby that, in addition to the game, bring the taste of the salty sea, the constant blowing wind, the screams from the seagulls and new adventures in the horizon right in my face! Whenever I can, as often as I can <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="

This is the fine yacht "Klitta" (yes, fellow pirates, I know the name is somewhat unfortunate <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="

She was build 15 years ago and it took a wooden shipbuilder from Laesoe (a small island in Kattegat) all the space available in his little shipyard, an old drawing of a yacht called Castor build in 1867, 8 months of his life and the required skills to cravel the oakplanks on the side to the spans already layed, which also were made of oak. A heavy ship, indeed! But then again, the original was meant for heavy transporting of wood, corn and people across the seas around Denmark.
She is really supported by the scout organizations and is meant to sail with scouts (children) but I dont care about all that. I am in for the maintance, repairs, participate in races and take a sweep around the Aarhus Bay tuesdag afternoons <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="
