I just started playing this game yesterday, and it might be just that i haven't had time to put me self in to it, but is there any guide in the game to help you get used to playing?
i mean it just seems like you get an intro movie, and then you're thrown right into the salty sea!
anyhow, are there any o' you who have played POTC alot, and then started on this game?
Sids Pirates just seems... i don't know... below standards in contrast to POTC
But keep in mind that i'm not critizising the game, infact i think it's got more humour than POTC

The game revolves around fencing/dancing/boarding
Artillery duels aren't worth the time.

Play with fencing and dancing to get into the game fast.
 
hey i played it yesterday, and it's actually very fun, and quite easy to get in to.
this wasn't premature-judgement, it just was to much to cope after all that time with POTC
