Need Help Which GoF mod is best?

Hey all, as the title suggests, I'm wondering which version of GoF is best to use?

I've currently got 1.2 installed with the patch and have been having great fun... that was until I got the stupid boarding bug! I just got a letter of marque after days and days of playing, and because I can't board enemy ships it kinda spoils the fun and whole point of having achieved my privateer license.

So... Which version is more stable to play? Preferably one which doesn't get the boarding bug.

If you could include a link to download the version you suggest it'd also be greatly appreciated (I only managed to find 1.2 download link).

I believe that there will also be a new one coming out soon. I just don't know when.
 
I think you should try GOF 2.0. Everyone tells me it is stable. There are still a few bugs, but I think Luke159 is still working them out. I am releasing GOF Eras after its Beta release just before Christmas.

Thanks for the reply guys. With regards to GoF 2.0, where can I get the patch mentioned in this post?

I have had a look for patch 2.0.3 but can only seem to find the latest patch? Or has the latest patch fixed the no boarding bug?
 
HMMMM... I don't know. I looked on MODDB and its not there. Maybe Luke is still working on it. Let me dig some more. MK
