    I have not done a "exe" update and I couldn't find much of a clear instruction. I'm going to download the Build 14 part 1 exe if that's the one you mean but that is used for installing the normal mod, not new updates, correct? I couldn't find a compile.log, atleast not in the main folder...

    @Grey Roger Thank you! It has worked, it would seem the reason is that I already had an old fix file from January I believe and overlapping the new ones will make it unable to launch, but now I can finally play.:cheers
