    I dug the order form out, and some of the things on it are Inspiron 9400 Duo Processor T2300 (1.66 GHz, 2 MB) Intel Media Accelerator 950 Graphics Up to 128MB s 80GB (5,400 rpm) SATA Hard Drive Memory Upgrade from 512MB to 1024MB 1024MB 533MHz DDR2 SDRAM (2x512) Does any of that help?

    My laptop is supposed to be like the best thing for games, and Black and White 2 works perfectly but this doesn't! One thing I can think of is that my PC's dx diagnostic tool has AGP texture accelleration enabled, but it is not available on my laptop.

    It says 980 MHz, 0.99 GB of RAM. POTC is on the Ubisoft site. You may have to search for Pirates. I did install DirectX Could my version of DirectX (9.0c) have anything to do with it? Also, I believe that the Ubisoft version is the UK version.

    In device manager, under display adaptors, it has 2 Mobile Intel® 945GM Express Chipset Family. Under Processors, it has 2 Genuine Intel® CPU T2300 @ 1.66GHz. Where is memory located? As for ubisoft, check pirates.ubi.com
