    Got it working at last! It was the "wrong directory" problem. I didn't check when extracting the files and they were going into BETHESDA and not BETHESDA SOFTWORKS. Thanks for the help though chaps!

    I have too many crew, what do I do?

    Hi all, new here. I've been told by the woman you meet at the lighthouse when looking for Rheims that I have too many crew and I need to leave some behind before she can join me. What does this mean? I've tried sacking officers, reducing crew levels but nothing seems to work. Help!
