    I replaced the Lo_Man.an with a copy of man.an and gave the Lo_Man.ani a few edits so that the animations more or less fit. Then I just replaced all the guys in the LowCharacters folder. Oh, Pieter, I was going to PM you about this, but word on the street is that you can change user names...

    Hmm. It seems that anything before where I edit gets lost. The ideal way to fix the animation problems would be to change the detailed models to use the default sailor skeleton. Is there a tutorial somewhere on how to rig a POTC character?
