Right, I've done that and changed one or two values here and there to fit my likings, and I'm getting some messed up relations. When I go into world map and back to put the changes into effect which is what that topic said, I'm made hostile with everyone except France and Spain. It's like I have suddenly turned into a Frenchman, even thou...

though I had a letter of marque with England beforehand and was neteral with everyone else except pirates. Not the sort of problem you would expect with changing colour values surely? Funny thing is, I had my personal flag with those relations, and when I go into world map, it says I hide my Jolly Rodger and raise my current flag again, which is somehow French...
