    I tried starting a new game, with other quest lines though, some times the shipyard dudes just say that they dont work with enemy and my reputation was completely neutral (In the begining of the game). Idk where that options folder is :(

    All the shipyards sadly, they sell only one ship (And some times they doesn´t at all) which is the Interceptor
