13 bulid mod

Well I just downloaded build mod 13 and the update and I'm not 100% sure what to do.
Could someone explain it in really simple steps.
(Try not to be too patronizing plz <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="icon_wink.gif" />

1: Install the game
2: Install Build 13 (double-click the file)
3: Make sure the installation path is correct. If you use the "browse" button, REMOVE the "Pirates of the Caribbean: Build 13" part that appears after the path you selected!
4: Let the installer do it's work
5: Extract the files from Build 13 Update 3 to your main PotC folder
6: Start a new game and enjoy! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/doff.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="doff.gif" />
