ok well i dont think crew pay should be this high for only 300 guys and it keeps getting higher every time

22,643 is alotta money to pay them......any idea how to fix that?
i got pleanty of food and rum for them and their morale is really high so idk what else it could be

your high level determines it. apart from that, you can change the salary in the buildsettings. having a lot of good officers makes a huge difference as well.
