Are the skeleton outfits not for sale?

I've noticed, that the only skeleton outfit for sale appears to be the "bilgemonkey" outfit with a red jacket and blue trousers. It can be found at the pirate tailor. After fighting my way through the haunted abbey in Bridgetown and boarding the Black Pearl, I can see, that the other skeleton outfits are still in the game. So where can I buy them? And if I can't, why not?

Skeleton models aren't for general use, they're for when you've attracted the Curse of Cortes. You're lucky you're even allowed to buy "Bilgemunky".

There's also an "outfit", i.e. a character model, called "monkey". You can't buy that either - you are not allowed to turn yourself into a zombie monkey!
