mm from the main part of the town (the part with the tavern) go downstairs (the stair in the front of the port doors) to the shop keeper, then go to the right and follow till you arrive to a wall then go right again you will see a 2 story house the tailor should be downstairs (the door of the shop is in front of the stairs)

its in a area whit alot of merchants, check in the end of the street and up some stairs
