Boarder models in build 13

Hey I have build 13, and i want to be able to change my boarder models so that they are british soldiers. I found the option in the build settings notepad thing, but no matter what i tried it doesnt work. I have changed several other things in the build settings and they all worked fine, but not this. Exactly what do I do?

so you know... I HAVE searched before i posted... i did find this

but i still dont understand exactly what to do... ive tried replacing the "standard", and done everything I can but i cant get it to work...

Perhaps you need to start a new game. Did you try that?

yeah I did, to no avail. That would suck if I had to loose all my progress to get it to work anyway.
