Need Help Bringing back F5 debug window

Hello there? After TEHO updates to 1.7.3 d3d8.dll no longer work. But devs opened scripts. Maybe somone know how to bring back F5 debugwindow?

Heh. Anyway Thanks. It was nice tool to check some variables, if you stuck. For example find homless with quest, or in which city quest item was spawned.
