BUG - CPU beep sound

bltooff

Landlubber
Beep sound when I fire cannons in deck , just when my crosshair is red, in 3D position no beep sound.
its happen when i attack enemy merchant ships and take a prisoners(no beep sound), after go to world map and find another enemy merchant ships and attack it , when i exit a worldmap i see 4 ships, 2 of them was in red color and another 2 in green, when i try to fire cannons in deck mode, beep sound go just when crosshair was in red.............i go back to my save game, and leave the prisoners in island of his nation, and after in battle no beep sound. maybe prisoners was a bug? (and that was in 1.41 version , and i was try it in super MOD too )

Happens to me too, haven't seen it in a while though. Best thing to do is restart the game.

I read at the Playlogic-forum that the biip-sound apears when it is a bad "connections" with your RAM. They hope to adress the issiue in next patch.

And no, its nothing wrong with your PC, its the game <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/whistling.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":wp" border="0" alt="whistling.gif" />

That's correct! NO BEEPS using Cyberops'Supermod(update 5)
beeps remains with the AOP 1.5 or AOP 1.41 + SoFS v207

I get occasional beeps with Supermod and updates 1-5, installed over a fresh re-install of AOP 1.41. They're not as frequent as when I played AOP 1.50, though.

or don't play the game, wear earmuffs etc...........its a Bug!
It's a freebee by Playlogic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" />

I have super mod update 5 too and every time I fire the canons in the deck view I hear beep! beep! beep! It drives me crazy.

I had a motherboard beep with patch 1.5, but I don't get anymore because I unplugged my motherboard speaker lol .

Sound issues are caused by Akellas version and patches. Use supermod since then I have had no sound issues.
