build 13 installer not opening

just like the topic says. I downloaded it, but when I click it, nothing happens. re downloading it.

I just got the game a few days ago, this is my first mod, and wanted to go strait to 14.6 alpha thingy, but need this mod first apparently. anyways, will report if the second attempt works or not <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sleep.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="-_-" border="0" alt="sleep.gif" />

worked second time around, no clue as to why it didn't work the first time but no biggy, downloaded b14 now. nad sure let me play it a bit and I'll tell ya all what my favorite ship is and all.
