    Is there an "error.log" file? If so, what does that say?

    Can you post your version of "PROGRAM\Characters\Leveling.c"?

    Just compared the sections on the cursed coin that is referred to in the error message - this section of the file NK.c is identical with the previous one????

    Compile Log is weird:

    EDIT - Should have been System.log - there is no compile log

    Can you upload your version of "Leveling.c"?

    The line referred to in "compile.log" is this:
    Code:
    ChangeHPBonus(chr, 300);
    If you have a different version of "Leveling.c" then it may have a different version of "ChangeHPBonus" which looks for four arguments instead of two.

    Edit: while I was typing that, you were uploading it. :D Now checking...

    Thought so. Your version defines "ChangeHPBonus" thus:
    Code:
    int ChangeHPBonus(ref chr, int offset, string id, string desc)
    That is not the version of "Leveling.c" included in the 31st August installer, and the file has not been changed in the update archive. You have included some of the experimental files, including this version of "Leveling.c". It may work if you re-install those experimental files on top of the updated installation. Otherwise you probably need to re-install from scratch, run the 31st August installer, then copy the update archive into place.

    I have found the Levis Fixes 20171126 file - I must have applied that one and completely forgot that I had done it to this version - I do keep a couple of versions and the one I am using now for update testing I thought was the clean version only with August 31 + the last update from this thread - hence the surprise that it didn't run:modding

    I will re-install a clean version but will test reapplying the Levis fixes first.

    Tested reapplying the Levis fixes and game runs to loading screen - can even load previous save games and it has the 7 December version on the game load screen. :thumbs1

    Will try a clean version later in the week work permitting.

    Ive been holding off sharing any further major stuff until the ones we got are finished and working for the release :type1 speaking of which, have I forgotten any bugs or fixes I was sposed to do? :p

    I don't know - have you forgotten any fixes which you've been working on since 7th December? ;) Apart from the sun, that is - I've got your texture file, plus the code file which detects whether the display is standard or wide screen, and they're already included in what's going in this week.

    I'll try to upload some stuff this weekend (saturday I hope). working on some small fixes and some other stuff.
    Will include the things in seperate zipfiles again so you can test them seperatly.
    Will that be in time @Grey Roger ?

    Next update now posted. As it's not that long since the last one, there's not that much new. The main additions are @DeathDaisy's new sun texture and my "Brig3" ship model. Oh, and if you wander to the far end of Octopus Bay, you may be able to explore some new ground, though at present there's nothing to do there. Yet...
