Need Help Build base

i was wondering would it be possible to be able to build a base for example on an empty shore or something like that? :onya
 
Not at the moment. That would take a lot of work, and I think most of our modders are focused on HOOCOTS right now.
 
A mod of Sea Dog had that, I think. The town was attached to one of the characters in the town, or thereabouts.
