What could be cooler than full size cardboard Lego’s?? Well, full size plastic Lego’s, but they would be a lot more expensive! Brian Lilly, professor at the University of Illinois has started a Kickstarter campaign that is one of the coolest ideas I have ever seen. I would have loved to have something like this when I was a kid. I built many forts and spaceships out of cardboard boxes. These would have certainly made building pirate ships a lot simpler! Buildies are made from recycled cardboard. The basic starter kit is only $25, and the expanded kit is $65.
