Building tools.

Does anybody here know of any tools that will let me edit the encioroment. (Ex. Create new islands, taverns, people, etc.)

You make make 3D models with several 3D editing programs (Maya or 3D Studio MAX). However, if you want to make characters, it is better to take an existing character, modify them a bit and give them another skin. For locations things become more complicated, because you need to add lightning files and walk files and we don't exactly know how to make them. Easiest to do: Take an existing location and modify it a bit. Some useful programs can be found <a href="http://forum.piratesahoy.net/index.php?act=announce&f=12&id=2" target="_blank">here</a>.
