you will find it in this folder go to your main install directory /resource/ini/texts/russian/questbook
if you have a problem of who you should be looking for in a quest it will be in here,you will also get tips on who to talk to and what to ask ,
WARNING DO NOT ALTER THIS FILE IN ANY WAY ALL YOU WANT TO DO IS READ THROUGH IT LOOK FOR THE QUEST YOUR ON AND GO FROM THERE ,YOU WILL STILL HAVE THE ODD QUEST THAT WILL STUMP YOU BUT DONT WORRY WE ALL END UP IN THE SAME BOAT LOL
