can someone tell me set by step

pls can some one tell me step by sep on how to install build 12

Just download the installer, start it, choose the Potc folder and install.
Thats everything.

Best way to do it:
1) Install PotC
2) Download the full Build 12 installer and extract it on top (make sure the installation paths of both are the same; the full installer's default path is not correct - Sorry <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mybad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="mybad.gif" /> )
3) Open you PotC directory and run the RunMe.bat file (Just to be sure)
4) Change the settings in PROGRAM\BuildSettings.h to your liking
5) Change the settings in the game to your liking
6) PLAY! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" />

1. their is no 'runme.bat' file
2. their is no PROGRAm\BuildSettings.h
3.U know when u start the game, the blue screen comes up quickly, then goes away and nothing happens. Should i try again?

Scallywagjack, are you looking in MY COMPUTER - C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Pirates of the Caribbean\ ? (note, this is the default directory for PotC installation)

The "RUNME" file should be there, as well as the PROGRAM directory with BuildSettings.h

If you are not finding this, then something is wrong with your PotC installation. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

Did the game run before installing the Build?
Are you sure the installation paths of both are exactly the same?

Ok, download the build and in it should be a "build12_full.exe" file and run that. Make sure to put it into the right file directory, and then run it.

Oh, and also, go into the folder that you run PotC with and then go into the "PROGRAM" folder, in it you should find a "buildsettings.h" (there are a lot of files, so doing a search through them with that annoying paperclip may be neccessary, but it is there)
