Change frenidly nations?

What file or where do i change how frenidly the different nations are to me?

<img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/hi.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":gday" border="0" alt="hi.gif" /> I'm assuming you want to make certain countries friendly to you, because if you wanted to make them enemies, you just have to attack their ships. To make them friendly, go to one of the pirate hideouts and find the diplomat, you can pay him to restore relations with a certain country. Thats much easier than trying to edit files.

At Quebradas Castillas´s tavern. But quite expensive thing. It is good in cases when you need so as any nation happened friendly to you, so for example I did today because of bug in the game.
