Changing Skins

hello everybody, i browsed the files and find many skins for a model, so i want to ask will i able to change skin in-game?

and im wondering why is that the other character uses multiple models in the herodescribe file and the other only uses single model?

That functionality could be added, but I don't think it's actually there in CoAS.

then what is the purpose of these models and textures? if it is only using one
