Cheats with Build 11?

I tried to use the Spitfire Cheats POTC file recently to get the cheat codes in PotC, but when I loaded up the game, the cheats worked, but all other controls were messed up. They were fine in the controls menu, but in the actual game they were messed up.

If you are going to reply with a message along the lines of "cheating ruins the game," do not reply. I want answers, not opinions.
