Closed Store @ Falaise de Fleur

I have found that after the initial opening on <i>F de F</i> and being able to go to the store, before I left it got to be that the store was always closed (not just at night). I left there and went a few other places then accepted a mission to deliver some goods to the store owner at <i>F de F</i>. When I got back I found that the store was still closed. The only thing I could think of was that it might have had something with not accepting the quest related to the man in the Tavern who said that the store owner had screwed him. So, I decided to go back to him and loan him the money. I did this and then went back a month later as directed and received payment. Unfortunately, this had no impact as the store is still closed. I am now unable to, or reluctant to, take anymore missions involving the store at <i>F de F</i>.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I might've heard this once before, but I really can't imagine why that would happen. What did you do before the store ended up closed? Did you do anything quest-related?

exact same as op said,went to tavern talked to the guy,didn't/couldn't help him
or store owner then no longer able to enter the store,though if i don't talk to the
guy in the tavern or complete the quest one way or another i can enter the store
just fine.btw love the build mod.can't wait for build 14,looks real good from what i've read.but don't rush on my account <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/razz.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="razz.gif" /> .

that's strange. it never happened in build 13 update 3. looks like another one of those build 13 final specific bugs.

This pretty much says what happened to me. However, I have not gone back and started another game to see if that would fix it.

i just played again today and started out as french,i forgot but it seems after malcolm leaves you can no longer enter the store
i rarely start as the french so it's no big deal to me but it can get annoying,like if i get tired of starting out as another nation
and go french i have one less store to visit,and can't complete the tavern guy quest (whatever his name is <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/razz.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="razz.gif" /> ).and on another note,
can someone tell me the precondetions for the thomas o'rielly quest? every time i talk to him he only wants me to deliver to concireto(sp?) <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" /> .
