Where can I find a list of the default control list for the keys in this game plz thanks.

New Horizons should come with a "Documentation" folder, "Documentation/Default Key Assignments.txt" should contain the default control settings

Is there file where i can remap the controls? I would prefer to press space to dodge!

No need to go into files for that.
Just rebind it to space in the "Controls" menu.
The option for "Dodge" is under "Fight Mode".

Also, having problems with dialogue choices - i can only right click to change options down, but i cant go back to the above options. What is the control for this? I've had a look but could not find!

'W' and 'S' keys should also work in dialogues to move 'up' and 'down'. 'Space' also confirms the selection.

You can edit PROGRAM\CONTROLS\DefaultControls.h with a program like Notepad.
It's been deliberately set up to be easily understood by users.

Once you've changed things how you like, "Reset Controls to Default" in the game's Options menu.

I'm confused. That sounds very weird.
