Cannot Confirm Crash Talking to Surrendered Captain

My game crashed when I talked to a captain in his cabin who surrendered, attaching the error, compile and system.log incase it is related.

As this was based on a patchy game version, I am marking that as "Cannot Confirm" for now.
If it does happen again with the upcoming new version, please report it though and I'll re-open the issue.
