CTD when leaving Falaise de Fluer

I keep getting a crash to desktop when i go to the worldmap after leaving falaise de fluer. I have that guy from isla muelle store for the escort mission with me, and i just finished some quests on falaise de fluer and was ready to leave the island for redmond for the blaque? family quest.

Any help would be appreciated, as i really enjoyed the new content added to the island, and wanted to finish up the family saga.

Does that crash occur at midnight? Do you have a full cargo hold?

Yeah i think it is at night when it crashed, i don't know if it's midnight on the dot or anything. I don't believe my cargo hold is full though.

It crashes directly after it says land ho or whatever when you go to the world map if that is any help.

Have you tried waiting until during daytime to leave the island?

Why does it matter day or night?

There's a code update that happens at 12 'o clock at night and sometimes the game crashes then.
