Is it possible to customize my crew that I see on my deck and when I board?, I want to change them to look like the English sailors.

Yes, open up the file:nations_init, located in: X:\Program Files (x86)\Playlogic\Age of Pirates 2\Program\nations.

Change the following, //Player boarding command

Swap those characters out for the English soldiers you want.

Only boarding, on deck requires making a whole new texture for the lowmen.
