Danielle won't move!!

Ahoy thar Matey's....Help!! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_eek.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":" border="0" alt="icon_eek.gif" /> I've started the main quest and I am at the point where I saved the guy from burning at the stake, he takes me to the lighthouse and I run into Danielle, we have the conversation and I return to Redmond to report. I return to the lighthouse and again talk to Danielle and then off to Douwseen, I get to Douwseen port and no Danielle. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="sad.gif" /> I sail back to the lighthouse and she is still standing where I left her and she won't respond to anything. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_twisted.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":twisted:" border="0" alt="icon_twisted.gif" /> If any one has an idea as to whats going on with Danielle please let me know.. I've heard of playing hard to get but this is going overboard!!! Sounds like ye be on de part whar yer supposed tew go find Rheims. dat correct matey? Well, if'n so, try goin' into de Tavern at Douwesan. Aye Fred_Bob thats where I'm at, I've sailed to Douwesan and Danielle is supposed to meet me on the dock I thought, but she's not there, <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mellow.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":|" border="0" alt="mellow.gif" /> I went to the Tavern and shes not there <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mellow.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":|" border="0" alt="mellow.gif" /> and I even traveled out to the pirate fort thinking that she got captured <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_eek.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":" border="0" alt="icon_eek.gif" /> and she's not there. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mellow.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":|" border="0" alt="mellow.gif" /> I then sailed back to the lighthouse @ Greenford and there she is still standing where I left her but she won't talk or move, :x I even drew my sword and took a couple swings at her <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/pirate3.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="2" border="0" alt="pirate3.gif" />: but she won't respond. Two things to check; when you are talking to Danielle are all of your officer slots, the four boxes below the row of officer pictures, filled? Do you have three officers traveling with you when you are talking to Danielle, that may be a better way to say what I mean. If so try removing at least one of the officers so there is a slot for Danielle to join you.

Also, do you have four ships in your fleet? Sell at least one of them because Danielle's ship joins your fleet at this point, If I remember correctly.

Other people have encountered this same problem and you might want to look over the old posts in this thread, (Are we in tips and tricks Forum? <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" /> ) if the above suggestions don't work. I never ran into this problem, so I'm not sure if you can make the above alterations and the game will work, or if you have to go to a previous save game, if you have one, prior to talking to Danielle.

Hi Capt.Morgan , am quite sure without asking you that you have 4 ships so this why danellie didn't sail with . So do as SirChristopherMings
says and sell one of your 4 ships to make on free space for her schooner and make sure that when you go to your ship ( 3d sailing mode ) you sea her ship a long with yours . <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />

Oh well, If it's any comfort to you, I had to restart the game at least 4 or 5 times before I finished it. (Then I found out that the game ended! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_eek.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":" border="0" alt="icon_eek.gif" /> )

Well that was the best that I can say but whatever you decide make sure that in future while playing the game to have many save games and before you start new part of the main quest make a new save and continue in the quest untill it ended then it is up to you to delete it or better keep it .
