Need Help Dividing Plunder

Im having trouble finding the option in game to divide my plunder with my crew and cant seem to find it anywhere. can someone direct me too were i do so.

Im having trouble finding the option in game to divide my plunder with my crew and cant seem to find it anywhere. can someone direct me too were i do so.

The option to switch is either in dialog with a tavern-hired officer OR by pressing F2>Ship>Crew Icon>Payment .
Then to actually divide the plunder, talk to any loanshark.
