Dividing the Plunder

I'm playing v1.41 on the PC. I can't figure out how to divide the plunder. I've been looking all over the place, but see nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I can't find any of the personal stats such as age and/or health that I've been reading about. How do you get to this screen?

You don't divide the plunder like you would in Sid Meier's Pirates. Each month, usually within the first 6 days, your crew will demand their 'salary'. If you have enough gold, you pay it. If you don't, you refuse, their morale goes down, officers satisfaction drops and you have a chance for mutiny. If they mutiny and you only have one ship, you have to fight any officers and men off, like you would during a boarding. If you have more than one ship, most likely one of your ships will go renegade, and you have to sink or board her and put down the mutiny.

You cant divide the plunder in AOP, your crew and officers get salaries which are paid monthly.

Remembe to check yer crew moral and pay to keep their moral up so as to avoid mutiny scenes <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/par-ty.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="par-ty.gif" />

Cool, thanks a lot for the replies. How about the second question? Is there a stats screen that you can find age or anything of the sort? I know there is a health rating, so is that the equivalent?

there is no age system, and the health bar (health points) are under the Players Portrait when you press F2

cool, another question answered. One last one, I promise. Can you tell how wealthy the cities are? if so, how?
