Fixed Dublicate Quest cases in side quest

When going trough the side quest file I saw that at least thomas oreillys quest is in theire twice. Any reason for this?

and
7734

The second one seems to be more "complex"...

Very odd. The game would use only the first quest case it finds.
All other ones would be ignored.

I know. But it seems the later has some other cases too.
maybe @Grey Roger could trace the dialogs and see which should be used

I think this happened because in a grey and distant past, @Don Lasagnetti separated the "Smuggling for Thomas O'Reilly" sidequest from the Standard Storyline.
However, when I split ALL the sidequests, we found that some quest cases related to that in Martinique were still missing.
So to fix that, I just copied the whole section into quests_side.c while part of it was already there.

The quest cases are identical, so I'm removing the double ones.
I don't think there is any mystery left here, so "Fixed" it is.
