Faster gun and ship cannons reaload?

Is there a way to make faster gun and ship cannons reload?

Yes there is.
1. Improve your skills or hire officer's with good skills and build your crews experience up.

2. edit Program\CANNONS == Cannons_init and where xx is change the value (reducing it lowers loading time)

rCannon.ReloadTime = xx;

Change the value above for all cannons and thats it. I prefer option 1 though since reload times have already been lowered for CMV 3.1.5.
