Hi all Tortuga players!
Simple question :
does the gameplay of Tortuga allow a total freedom (like in PR) or do I have to do "missions" that have all a beginning and an end.
It seems to be based on "levels" : do `quest-mission` 1 to access 2, then 2 to access 3 ...
I dont like that style. I prefer the "one carrier style" of PR ...

i think i read that you need to accompilsh your mission within a certain time .
also irritating , you can only fight with one ship , even if you have a prizeship, while the enemy still is sailing with there warfleets :|
 
yeah, thanks mate ... nah, I dont like this type of games, reminds me PlayStation Games ...
ok, let's forget the whole idea of tortuga, PR is way better (IMHO).

They need to make a good pirate game in the fashion of "Ages of the Empire". Now that would be a good game.

Tortuga seems to be PR with less features... Add to that :
I don't like the sailing model of Tortuga... Ships are `ice-skating`!
Absolutely not realistic... :|
