What a conspiracy I've gotten myself into. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

Hey guys I was on vacation to Florida just got back home today. Someone mentioned the game should be 3D I believe that's possible. As for buying someones game engine to use, if my game now does well I'll consider that.

One of the things any really good game has going for it now adays are a solid set of tools and utilities that are easy to use to create new content for the game world.

I'd love to see the set of tools available if you plan to develop something like that to include native support for as many model formats as possible, so folks with different means and program access will be able to use thier modelling tools of choice.

Myself I have legal copies of most of the major modelling packages out there but my preferred modelling and animation package is Lightwave.

Another game that I did some mods for actually used Lightwave models natively. That game was called Treadmarks. Loved the game and really enjoyed the fact that models I built using my preferred tools could just be saved to the stock lightwave formats and be used directly.
