Getting stuck in mission

[Sodom O' Gomorrah]

During the mission where I have to retrieve Rheims for the governor Silehard, after Rheims and Danielle went ahead while fought two attackers, I get stuck in the door of Rheims house. I enter the house. My journal updates to give directions on where to find Rheims and Danielle and I find myself stuck in the area of the door. I cannot move.

try to goto the shipyard or tavern using the quick travel (use the in game menu menu/quick travel)
