Help? Game Crashes?

Hi All,
My Game Will Crash When I Go To Sea Or Land On An Island , But It Doesnt Constantly Do It? I have Installed Build 11 And Have Edited The NK File I Think It Is So It will Let Me Use The Cheats? They Work Fine But My Game Crashes Every Now And Again? Can Sum 1 Please help Me? It Would Be Very Much Appreciated!

It Crashes To desktop , Just to let you Know Im On Isla Muella?? n i cant get back off if you see what i mean?

Intergrated Intel Extreme Graphics? Im pretty sure it can run it coz it used to its just started to crash ?

Try without the cheats...

POTC is kinda funny...

I edited to use cheats, some ingame buttons stopped workin'...
And then when I restored all edited files to the original, the problem wouldn´t disappear, had to reinstall...
